What we store
We store the goals, universe orders, identity descriptions, affirmations, practices, counts and journal entries you enter, linked to your account identifier. Google sign-in supplies an account identifier, email and available name; we do not receive your password. When you save contact preferences, we store your signed-in email, optional name, language, consent status, consent text version and timestamp. Downloading the app does not automatically add you to a marketing list.
Purpose and contact choices
Practice data is used to save and display your progress. Journals and wishes are private and excluded from the contact list. Only if you actively opt in will your contact details enter Winter6's email list for practice content, product updates and membership offers. Withdraw consent by unchecking and saving your preferences on the Premium tab, or remove your contact details. We do not sell your contact details.
Accounts and referral records
We store your registered email, account identifier, last activity and referral code. First-registration trial start and end times, referral bindings, verified payments and rewards are processed on the server; statistics exclude journal and wish content. To prevent repeated claims and verify payments, account deletion retains a one-way email digest, one-time trial record, referral binding and payment/reward ledger. Your email, personal practice and marketing contact details are deleted. Sign-in, Google and hosting providers handle account recovery, logs and backups under their own policies. Phone reminder preferences are stored on your device and notifications contain only a generic practice prompt. Turning reminders off stops notifications.
Subscriptions and payment
Google Play processes Android subscription payments. We store the purchase token, token digest, associated account, subscription product, expiry and verification status to verify purchases, restore access and prevent reuse across accounts. We check the current subscription status with Google when Premium content is accessed. Google handles payment card details; this app does not store them.
Hosting and service providers
Cloudflare Workers hosts the website and Cloudflare D1 stores the data. Android Browser Helper opens the site in a supported browser, which handles URLs, sessions and this app's purchase information. Google Play and Cloudflare process service information under their own policies. Connections use HTTPS and processing may cross borders. This app does not integrate advertising, marketing trackers, AI journal analysis, location, contacts, camera or microphone collection. Language preferences are stored locally in your browser.
Retention and deletion
Data is retained until you remove it. The Account page deletes this app's practice records, contact details and subscription association. Deletion does not cancel Google Play renewal; manage your subscription in Google Play. Your Google account is unaffected. Infrastructure logs and backups follow provider policies. Clear any older local counter records on other devices separately. Saving content again or restoring purchases creates new associated records.
This website
winter6.com is an information site hosted by Hostinger. It sets one cookie, w6_lang, to remember your language choice. If site analytics are enabled, Google Analytics measures page visits. The tester sign-up form is run on Google Forms, and what you enter there is used only to organise the test. If you leave your email in the update form on this site, it is kept in a Google Sheet together with your phone type, language and the page you signed up on, and used only to send Winter6 news and beta invitations. To stop these emails or have your address removed, reply to any of them or write to evelyn_ps@hotmail.com.
